Which used Estate I would recommend?

A long time ago the estate car used to be a boxy affair and was from attractive. Nowadays the modern estate is as good looking as the saloon they’re based on.  Estate doesn’t just mean big either there are plenty of smaller but still practical modes out there which are affordable and cheap to run. I have decided to compile a list of popular estate which can help people change their mind.

The Skoda Superb is excellent if you’re looking for a big estate car. The Superb offers plenty of interior space and a huge boot. The Superb shares many qualities with Volkswagen and its cheaper and more practical than its competitor the Second Hand Volkswagen Passat. One of the main selling points is the amount of legroom in the back, which is more than you will get with some luxury cars. The boot size comes in handy especially with a family’s worth of luggage. The Skoda does have some negatives but may not be of concern to everyone such as a high boot lip and the Superb isn’t exactly the most fun to drive either.

The Second Hand Audi A6 is the next estate to make the list. This is probably in my opinion the desirable cars in its class. In interior and exterior are stunning all round and combines lightweight material to make it faster but also economical at the same time.  The interior is luxurious as you might expect and comes equipped with loads of optional extras but do prove expensive with the more add-ons.  The A6 is spacious and has enough space comfortably for two adults in the back and luggage. Like I mentioned it is the most desirable in my opinion but in comparison to its competitor the BMW 5 series it’s not quite as much fun to drive.

The Honda Accord estate is a worthy contender and offers everything that you expect from a Honda including excellent build quality, outstanding reliability at an affordable price with high levels of standard equipment.  The Accord is comfy and quiet on long motorway journeys, sadly though it’s not as sexy as some of the other contenders like the Ford Mondeo. The Accord is definitely a sensible buy but it’s not quite as spacious in the boots as some of its rivals and it is very expensive.

The Second Hand Hyundai i40 is the last car to make my list and rightly so it’s a sharp-looking estate.  This car will impress with its practicality. The boot is spacious and more than trebles in size when the seats are down. The main selling point for the i40 is the value for money and the wealth of kit included which puts other more expensive rivals to shame.  The diesel engines are clean and efficient making running costs very low. The only downsides with this film is that it potential bold looks may not appeal to all and rival cars drive better and also have more prestigious badges.
